The main goal of the Mass Spectrometry Facility is to provide access to cutting edge methodologies in mass spectrometry to CQE and IST research groups, and also to other academic and industry institutions. Our three main duties are "service, education, and research". We are extensively involved in hands-on training of young researchers (mostly MSc and PhD students) in the applications of mass spectrometry to diverse problems in chemistry. The MS Facility is also involved in national and international research collaborations.
